After 4 decades in the same neighbourhood and 3 decades in our Lorne Park home, we were considering downsizing but couldn’t decide quite when or where. In mid-November I decided to meet with Allison and Matthew to see what upgrades were needed in my home in order to sell in the Spring. They suggested I place it on the market for 3 weeks to get some feedback. I was hesitant about doing this so close to the holiday season, but agreed. I must give credit to Allison for her skills of being a very professional liaison/negotiator throughout the whole selling process.
