As a first time buyer I called an appointment to view a listing. It was a huge new and overwhelming experience for me, and I didn’t know where to start. Haylna, of the team, set up an appointment. I didn’t have an agent at the time, and she did not make me feel pressured to choose her. However, that evening after meeting her, I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities to find the perfect home for me. She was actively looking for houses in my price range, sending me listings daily, sending me links to houses she thinks are a “must see”. There was a very good sense of open communication with her, she was always reachable and got back to me within minutes. She was flexible and booked viewings around my personal schedule. Once I did find the house, she was there helping me every step of the way.. through offers, reviewing every single aspect of the contract, home inspector suggestions, giving suggestions of lawyers in town, and more. The quality of her time and work really showed in this whole process for me. She was the one who even picked up my keys the day I got my house because I was working – that is how much I trust this team!
