About Me
Soon after completing a degree in Economics, Jim began working in commercial real estate. Jim went on to obtain his broker’s license in 1998 and has also worked as a Broker of Record. Jim has extensive knowledge in both disciplines of real estate: commercial and residential. Over the years, Jim has fine-tuned his commercial skills working in industrial, retail, office, investment as well as design builds.
Born, raised and currently living in Oakville, Jim has knowledge of Oakville and the surrounding communities offering his clients the best possible results when buying or selling. Jim has also worked in Dubai for 4 years and China for almost 15 years and is familiar with cultural needs.
Jim’s negotiating skills, experience and reach has kept him very active in real estate.
