We just wanted to take a moment to thank Mary-Anne for her helping us to sell our family home of over 30 years. Mary-Anne Appleby is a God-send!! She made what would have been a stressful and challenging first-time event for us an incredibly smooth and straightforward one. Her professionalism and that of the Regan Team, as well as her local market knowledge really came through, from the timing of the listing to the marketing aspects of the sale… the photos and videos were so much more than what we expected – we were sold within 2 days of our listing!

But what we appreciated the most was the care Mary-Anne took of us. It wasn’t simply a business transaction. Mary-Anne really took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and concerns. She was very attentive and understanding, never pressuring and always having our best interest in mind. We felt very well looked after throughout the whole process.
